Senior High Sunday School

    For youth in grades 10 through 12.  The class has been covering some challenging topics.  Attendance has been great, and we thank the parents for encouraging their teens to come to class.  The class has discussed racial prejudice, diversity, dating, suicide, gambling, and leadership.  Many special speakers have come to class and shared their experiences with these topics.

 

    The class is currently using two curriculums - LinC, a contemporary biblically-based curriculum e-published weekly using the latest music, movies, news and current events to engage youth with a topic that they understand and that is relevant to their world.  This curriculum allows leaders to equip youth with the ability to evaluate their culture with a biblical perspective.  In addition, the class uses Veracity, a curriculum based on discussion- starting short films that are used to help class members look deeper into the scriptures to discover truth.
